The Vermont Department of Health has provided clarification regarding the upcoming reporting deadline of August 31, 2018. Disclosure reports that have already been submitted for products do not require resubmittal before August 31, 2018. Any product offered for sale that was not previously reported may be reported before that date. After August 31, 2018 and prior to August 31, 2020, new disclosure(s) may be submitted for products sold between September 1, 2018 and August 31, 2020.
