Train workers on applicable regulatory programs (15)

Training employees on safety issues is an important and often necessary step in safety compliance. Take a look at the downloadable list of regulatory programs that may affect your facility. Make sure that workers are aware of these regulations by providing adequate training on applicable topics. There are many training programs available to help guide you through the training process, such as SGIA’s Right to Know Program – which includes training on how to read labels, explaining what risks your workers may be exposed to in the workplace, and making sure your workers know what to do in the event of a hazard emergency.
