By participating in this program, you are committing to creating a safer workplace. At the end of the year, we ask that you reflect how the Safety Recognition Program has benefitted you and your facility. In mid-December, a survey will be sent out to provide you with the opportunity to give us some feedback on the effectiveness of our program in helping you achieve your safety efforts. To receive points for this action item, complete the survey by the program's deadline of January 31, 2018.
