Any process or change requires some reflection to determine if the right choices have been made, it there has been any advancement, and if there is still room for improvement in any areas. At the end of the year, take the end-of-year effectiveness survey to see how you’ve been able to improve on your safety program over the past year. Take the time to think about what could be different and what you’d like to do next year. To receive points for this action item, complete this survey that will be released in December 2017.
