BSA/Manufacturing is the only in-house manufacturer for Boy Scouts of America (BSA), supplying embroidered products for Scouts worldwide, overseeing apparel needs and working with a large network of suppliers. However, there are times the supplier network can’t meet tight deadlines on a short apparel run, and BSA/Manufacturing must be able to assist when those needs arise. Traditional screen printing was investigated, but was not suited to their needs. Screen printing requires graphic design ability, multiple personnel and is more suited to a large apparel run with a longer lead time.
