SGIA Releases 2015 Wage, Salary and Sales Compensation Report

Fairfax, Virginia — SGIA recently released the 2015 Wage, Salary and Sales Compensation Report to all survey participants and SGIA members. “With this new, valuable report, specialty imaging companies can better understand the amounts employees are being paid, and they can use this information to adjust their compensation strategies,” said Dan Marx, SGIA’s Vice President of Markets and Technologies. “In addition to presenting monetary averages based on US region, industry community and annual revenue, the report also includes information on other benefits given to both employees and sales teams.” The detailed report explores company size, annual sales volume, payroll, specialty and 2015 wages paid for 31 different positions within the imaging industry.
