The Commission's order cited industry concerns on multiple occasions, underscoring the importance of transparency and adherence to the regulatory framework governing postal rate adjustments.

Treasury Drops Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting: A Win for Printing Companies

The U.S. Treasury Department's decision to finalize a rule eliminating Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting requirements for U.S. entities is welcome news for printing businesses across the country. The announcement to permanently eliminate BOI reporting was issued by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) on August 11, 2026 and will take effect on August 14, 2026.
