Banner Reinforcement

If you are producing banners for inclement conditions or they need to be extra strong for the outdoors, there are many avenues for reinforcement. Many of the techniques involve adding extra grommets, or gussets, which are just extra pieces of banner sewn into the corners or hem. You can use nylon webbing as well to strengthen any edge of a banner. Nylon webbing is the same material that seatbelts are made from, it comes in many widths and strengths, and is usually sewn into place with industrial sewing machines.
