SPTF conducted this study to evaluate the relative effectiveness of stencil reclamation with various combinations of cleaning/reclamation chemicals with each of three water pressures (a common garden hose with a spray nozzle; 1,000 psi from a pressure washer and 3,000 psi, also from a pressure washer).
