Edge curl is curling at the edges of a finished graphic, sometimes described as poor "layflat".
Cause 1
Often caused by improper tension (too much or too little) on the film web during processing. Variations between the dimensional stability of the printed substrate and the finishing materials is magnified by improper setup.
