Educational

Educational and training programs to keep members informed about management issues; business affairs; and the emerging trends in workflow tools, software programs, Lean manufacturing, and color management skills. Assistance with human resources, labor relations, and general business practices. We also host networking events for our members.

Business Services

Environmental services (safety practices and training), insurance services (health, property, and  casualty plans; 401(k) retirement programs), credit and collection services, wage and benefit sur-veys, Print Excellence awards program, and marketing assistance.

Government Affairs

Monitors legislation in six state capitals that affects the printing and graphic communication industry and responds accordingly. Works in unison with PIA's Government Affairs team  
regarding federal legislation.

Social and Networking Activities

Annual Print Management Conference is a three-day conference with a balance of timely executive educational programs, industry updates, and leisure activities. Other events include an associate member BBQ, golf, and the annual Industry Awards Gala and Awards of Excellence.

Other Activities

Publication of bi-monthly Connections magazine and bi-monthly newsletter. A bi-annual buyers guide is produced for members and non-members interested in the products and abilities of  member companies.

Administers regional industry scholarship fund, the Graphic Communication Scholarship Fund of New England (GCSFNE). Provides marketing, fundraising, and financial management of the GCSFNE.
