Andrew Henkel is the President of Johnson & Quin, Inc. The company started in 1876 and is located in Niles, IL. Throughout the years, Johnson & Quin has prospered by deploying the latest technologies and adapting to the changing marketplace. We led the introduction of laser printing to the Midwest in 1979, which soon transformed Johnson & Quin into a full-service direct mail production company. In 2014 the latest technology in printing, a high-speed color inkjet printing system, was installed. Color inkjet combines and prints all color images, copy and personalized variables in one production process. Benefits include reduced postage and production costs, unlimited versioning, elimination of preprinted forms and shorter schedules.

Andrew Schipke has been with W+D for 15 years. Winkler+Dunnebier (W+D) is a German OEM technology supplier that has specialized in mailing converting, printing and inserting technologies for now over 108 years.
Andrew‘s career now spans over 40 years in the commercial printing and converting markets. He has occupied executive sales and product marketing positions with leading, offset, flexo and rotogravure equipment manufacturers including MAN Roland, Windmoeller & Hoelscher and Zerand Corporation, but started his career on the paper converted products side of the market with Mead Corporation.
In 1991, Andrew founded FIT Group Inc, a start-up company specialising in his vision for a computer ink delivery wash-up system for flexo printing and coating. His company received the FTA’s first Flexo Technical Innovation Award in 1996 for the first computer controlled commercial flexo ink delvery and wash-up system, along with two US patents. Today, you will find this type of automated job change over wash-up technology standard on nearlly all commercial flexo packaging presses.
Andrew has served as a member of Envelope Manufacturers Association Foundation Board of Directors from and is currently Vice Charmain of the the EMA Managment and Technical Committee. In 2018, Andy was also elected to the Association for Print Technologies Board of Directors. He also serves as APTechs USPS MTAC (Mailers Technicaly Advisory Committee) representative. He has been a judge for the Flexo Technical Association (FTA) annual print excellence competion sinced 2012 and a named contributor to the FTA FIRST publication for flexo technical print standards. Andrew has also served on MTAC Workgroup #188 when W+D first introduced the concept of shape based mail which now has been offically desiginated as TED-C trailing edge die-cut mail.
Andrew holds a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Miami University, Oxford, OH.
Asif Sheikh is the Vice President of Sales and Partner at Victor Envelope Company. With over 25 years of industry experience, Asif has held various roles within the company, including Sales Manager, Marketing Strategist, Account Executive, Estimator, Shift Supervisor and Pressman. Asif is responsible for identifying where improvements can be made and implementing strategies to achieve corporate sales goals.

Additionally, Asif has traveled throughout the country, exhibiting various product lines at trade shows such as the Direct Mail Association (DMA), and Print Services Distribution and Association (PSDA) Annual Conferences.
Asif is a graduate of Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management High-Performance Business Leadership Program and Harvard Business School’s Negotiation Mastery Program. In his time away from Victor Envelope Company, Asif enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Judith Maloy draws from her extensive experience in the direct marketing industry, having previously worked in New York City as an account director and vice president for several national ad agencies. She is Director & CEO of Polaris Direct, a nationally acclaimed direct marketing services provider and printing company, specializing in high-volume direct marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. A start-up in 2003, Judith led Polaris Direct to extraordinary growth ranking on the INC 500/5000 for three consecutive years.
Judith graduated from Bloomsburg University in 1984, with a B.A. in Mass Communication. She is a member of the WBENC Forum, Center for Women and Enterprise, The AMA, Idealliance, The NEDMA and the Direct Marketing Club of NY. She serves on the CWE NH Advisory Council and is a Board Director for Ledyard National Bank. Judith balances her work schedule by staying active in her community and enjoys gardening, hiking and skiing in the White Mountains.
Kristina Ritchie, SVP Mintel Comperemedia, has been in the marketing research industry for nearly 20 years, informing businesses, agencies, and printing companies with marketing intelligence, specifically within the direct mail channel. Kristina started with Mintel in 2002 when mail and print were the only two channels monitored by their service, Comperemedia, and she has helped build an impressive mix of clients over time. Her passion is deeply rooted in the foundation of their business and she is honored to be a part of this committee.
Lori is the President of Access Direct Systems, a company to which she has dedicated more than 3 decades of ingenuity, innovation and hard work. Having worked her way up from an entry level position to President and owner, Lori truly knows all elements of the Direct Mail industry. Lori continually strives for excellence with a keen focus on exceptional client management that has made her instrumental to the sustainable growth and development of the business. Her understanding of internal project management, technological applications and client communications has facilitated the successful completion and growth of client programs. Lori now focuses her efforts on strategic planning, effective policies and fine-tuned management to maintain and continue to put Access Direct Systems in the forefront of the Direct Mail Marketing industry.
Marc has over 30 years of leadership in marketing, business development, product management, sales, and customer support. He has been involved in Desktop Publishing since its inception, starting a community newspaper and PostScript service bureau, and later helping agencies and designers “make friends with the mouse” to transition from galleys and paste-up to electronic design and digital workflows. Working with companies including Varityper, Scitex, Presstek, Kodak, Memjet, and HP, he’s helped printers learn about and adopt digital prepress and printing technologies, and their customers understand the potential of mass-customized and 1:1 direct marketing campaigns.
Ray Van Iterson is responsible for driving research, development and launches of new Postal Service products across Marketing, Sales, and Product Development. His particular focus is on Direct Mail where he leads the Postal Service’s primary and secondary research, liaises with other ecosystem players, and identifies opportunities for the direct mail ecosystem to work together to be more successful in an increasingly digital advertising environment. Ray also is a frequent speaker and panel organizer at industry events about new developments in the direct mail and advertising industries.
At the Postal Service, Ray has worked in Finance, Strategic Planning, and Marketing. Prior to joining the Postal Service, Ray was a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and Dean & Company, Director of Research Services at the Syndicated Research Group, and Vice President of Strategy at Brainbench.
Ray has an AB in Economics from Harvard University, and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Tammy has been with Think Patented for 19 years. She has been in the mailing industry for 29 years starting out in data processing. Tammy read the entire DMM cover to cover when she started in the mailing industry. Additionally, she was Industry Co-Chair for her local Postal Customer Council and was on the board for the Mailing & Fulfillment Services Association.
