Ken Rizzo is an experienced process improvement specialist, certified in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO 9000. He has over 34 years of commercial, label, and folding carton industry experience, including offset press operator and various production management roles. He has written dozens of articles for leading industry publications and is the author of PIA/GATF book Total Production Maintenance: A Guide for the Printing Industry. He is the director of Printing Industries of America's Center for Lean Practices and is co-workshop leader of Printing Industries of America's new workshop, Lean Manufacturing for Print Managers.
