Your Instructor:
Rafner is the managing director of Nice Lines Direct Mail, a full-service direct mail service bureau in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Rafner has extensive experience in marketing activities and all operational and regulatory facets of mail preparation, product and literature fulfillment, and logistics, including data processing and integration, mechanized processing, material handling, and postal compliance. He is the treasurer of the Mail and Fulfillment Services Association (MFSA), has served as an appointee to the U.S. Postal Service’s Revenue Assurance Advisory Committee and the Building Ad Mail Committee, and a national group advising the postal service on matters concerning the development of advertising mail.
