The cutoff date for reservations is November 12, 2009. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and rates. Ground Transportation
Super Shuttle operates 24 hours a day on a time-scheduled basis. It offers airport-to-door service, departing between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. every 15 minutes to all areas of the Valley with lesser frequencies from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. Fares are based on a flat rate to each sector of the geographic area. Call 602-244-9000 for reservations or more information. Taxi and limousine services are also available at the airport. The Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort does not provide courtesy transportation.
Attire
Conference attire is business casual. We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable during the conference. Plan to bring a sweater or lightweight jacket, as meeting rooms tend to vary in temperature. In December, Phoenix’s climate is pleasant, with daytime temperatures averaging 70°.
Cancellation Policy
Confirmed registrations may be cancelled without penalty by fax (412-741-2311) or by emailing Printing Industries’ Member Central at membercentral@printing.org until November 2, 2009. Cancellations after this date will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refund requests received after November 12, 2009 cannot be granted, but substitutions are welcome.
Travel
Travel is not included in your conference registration. Printing Industries of America is not responsible for non-refundable airfare or issues related to travel, weather conditions, or current events.
Included in Your Registration
Your registration includes all sessions, lunches, and breaks Sunday through Tuesday, the vendor reception Monday evening, and continental breakfast Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. The Saturday Cowboy Cookout dinner is included with the both of the Saturday pre-conferences sessions. The individual registration fee is an additional fee of $60 for those not attending the pre-conference sessions. Tickets will be required to attend the Cowboy Cookout.
Computer Lab Policy and Registration
The lab policy remains the same as in past years. You must pre-register for computer labs for first-come, first-served preference. Each attendee is granted two labs for pre-registration. You will be given your lab assignments at the conference, not before. You may register for more than two labs once on-site at the conference. We will do our best to offer you your two labs based upon your preferences.
