• We still offer the option to participate as you have in the past. To participate in this year’s Ratios study, download and complete the Excel or PDF survey below:

    • To download the Excel file, right click the EXCEL icon, select “Save Target As,” then select the destination on your PC. Email completed file to smargolis@margolisbecker.com.

    • To download the PDF file, right click the PDF icon, select “Save Target As,” then select the destination on your PC. Once complete either mail or fax the results to MargolisBecker. All instructions to complete the survey form and submitting it to MargolisBecker are included in the PDF file.
