The Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel is ideally located on the Willamette riverfront, conveniently near Portland State University and many other top downtown attractions.

 

Hotel Reservations

TAGA has reserved a special block of rooms for conference attendees at a discounted rate of U.S. $139 single/double plus current state and local taxes. Please use program code TAGA when making reservations to receive this discounted rate. Make your reservations by Friday, January 18, 2013, to secure this rate. Please note that the block may sell out prior to that date. After this date, the hotel will accept reservations on a space-and-rate-available basis.

 

To make your reservation, please contact the hotel directly at (503) 226-7600. A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be required to guarantee the reservation. You may cancel the reservation three (3) days prior to arrival without penalty.

 

Airport

The Portland International Airport is located approximately 9 miles from the hotel. Blue Star Transportation service is available 7 days a week on a scheduled basis. For more information or to make a reservation, please call (503) 249-1837.

 

Hotel Parking

While renting a car is not necessary, should you need to, parking is $32 per day which includes in and out privileges.

Your registration fee covers all sessions, meal functions, refreshment breaks, and conference materials. Optional events are extra.

 

Spouse/Companion/Guest Registration

Spouse/companions/guests are welcome to attend any or all events associated with the conference–additional registration fees will apply. All guests must be registered in advance and have a badge to gain access to any conference related session, meal functions, refreshment breaks, and events.

*TAGA Student Chapter registrations may only be submitted through the chapter advisors. If more than five students are registered from any one chapter, the rate for each additional student is $450. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the TAGA office.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before Friday, January 25, 2013 and will be assessed a $75 processing fee. Cancellation requests after Friday, January 25, 2013, will not be granted, but substitutions are welcome. No-shows will not be refunded. TAGA is not responsible for refunds as a result of weather delays or disturbances in the travel industry.
