Conference Host Hotel

You can start making your room reservations now. Please make your room reservations directly with the Pointe Hilton. Also please be sure to associate yourself with the Color Management Conference 2010 to receive the discounted rate of $152.00 plus tax. The cutoff date for reservations is November 12, 2010. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and rates. Please make your reservations early as December is a busy time of year for this hotel. If you have any problems with your reservations please contact the conference manager to facilitate assistance with the hotel. Please be aware that this hotel is a resort and is spread out and built into a hillside. The hotel does provide free transportation back and forth to rooms but if you prefer to stay in the main tower of the hotel please make your request known when you make your reservation and then again when you check into the hotel upon arrival. Please make them aware of any challenges you might have with walking or getting around as they can try to best accommodate you.
